Solution Leader

Overview

The Solution Leader will be responsible for representing Mach1 in strategic discussions with partners, prospects and clients; for helping to build the Mach1 business; and for leading important Mach1 engagements.

Responsibilities

• Function as the Mach1 Subject-Matter Expert (SME) regarding the company’s services and capabilities in discussions with partners and prospective clients.

• Collaborate with partners and Mach1 colleagues to create solution presentations and project Statements of Work (SOWs).

• Provide leadership to Mach1 colleagues to effect flawless delivery of high-quality consulting and systems integration services for clients.

• Help to recruit new Mach1 staff and build an outstanding culture and highly effective learning management framework for staff at all levels.

• Collaborate with Mach1 leadership to create the company’s strategy and build the business for the future.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with a technology or business emphasis.

• 10+ years of experience in a technology or functional role with a professional services orientation, with 5+ years of leadership experience.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills; and a strong proven ability to interact and communicate effectively with both technical and non technical personnel.

• Outstanding problem solving, analytical and decision-making skills.
